I don’t know where to start, the experience was nothing but perfection. Every single person who works in this Hotel is a top-notch professional striving to provide the best possible comfort for the guests. The location is prime, housekeeping is excellent, room service and restaurants are 10 out of 10. I have recommended this hotel to all my family members and friends, and when my stay in vienna has extended, I did not think twice about extending my stay in this hotel and i am for sure coming back in the future. The attention to details is extraordinary, the level of professionalism beyond expectations. It is for sure the perfect hotel. Before moving to this hotel, I had to. check out from another hotel because of terrible experience and Mr. Andres made sure to make my transition as easy and comfortable as possible, provided me with an amazing room and made sure that my luggage was transferred to my room before I came back from the day trip that I was taking with my family in that day. I would like to thank Mr Andeas, Miss Amina and Mr. Patrick for their constant care, excellent professionalism and great assistance.

Great service in a 5-star hotel. Friendly and clean and turn down service twice a day and especially evening refreshing tea was really good. The best tea I've ever had. The chocolate is also soft and really delicious. Breakfast was a la carte and we had a decent breakfast. The water pressure was too high, so the shower turned around and I tried to get full of water at first, but I got used to it. Directly in front of the Opera House and right in front of the railway station and tram station, there is good transportation, Stefan's Cathedral and Hofburg Palace are 5 minutes away, and Belvedere Palace and Charles Cathedral are within 15 minutes. There is also SPAR Super next to the hotel.

We just did 3 days in Vienna after a work trip in Prague. We stayed at this hotel. It is OUTSTANDING. The staff makes you feel like you are at a bed and breakfast, while located in a global city. The location is perfect. The room was immaculate. You want for nothing. This is a top notch quality niche hotel. Patrick, at the front desk, greeted us as soon as we arrived and he and his teammates were outstanding for our 3 nights. This hotel is a 10 out of 10. Ps - top 3 old fashioned I’ve ever had.
