Vienna Urban Resort Hotel

Nice hotel close to Schönbrunn palace, clean, efficient and absolutely recommendable. Don‘t expect anything fancy - except for the „Rituals“ toiletries - but staff was friendly and helpful, bed was comfy and breakfast was a nice small buffet. If you‘re noise sensitive ask for a high floor room facing away from the street. Bus stop (line 57A) right in front of the building. Schönbrunn can be reached by walking within 5min. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood close to Schönbrunn Palace and the bus to the inner city stops right in front of the door. The room itself was overall clean even if a little bit worn. The bed was comfortable (maybe the pillows were a little bit too soft for me), the bathroom clean and spacious, they cleaned the room every day. On thing I was missing was another chair at the table in the double bed room so we had to sit on the beds which didn't have bed covers. Also the darkening curtains didn't go all the way to the end of the windows and light came in at night right into my face which made sleep a bit more difficult. In the end I found the room satisfactory and was alright for the three nights we had spent there.

They didn't refund my money. I've booked and payed a room before lockdown, and they didn't offer the promised voucher or a reschedule. Firstly ,they said the voucher will be an option , but afterwards, they changed their mind wich isn't fair.
