Attention, prices have increased by 70% in 2 years!

Tolerable for an overnight stay. The location to the floating stage is unbeatable. The building is clean and the procedures are extremely structured. It lacks hospitality. Large room but no seating other than one chair for two people. The quality of dinner and breakfast is mediocre and the coffee in particular leaves something to be desired, even though it comes from a fully automatic machine. Pouring rain prompted us to head to the hotel earlier than planned. Check-in was possible from 4:00 PM. We waited patiently, as it had been announced that way. However, guests were constantly arriving who were able to check in smoothly before 4:00 PM. Was there a possibility to book an early check-in? We did not have this option. Was it because we booked through a booking platform? I do not know; I am just wondering about the indifference with which guests are treated in this establishment.

I found the lady who was at the Check-in was in the afternoon. We only had to pick up the keys & pick up our suitcases, which we had placed there in the morning; she reacted amazingly. There was a long line & a married couple had had problems with payment & she took care of them patiently & kindly. While others behind us were a little impatient because they had to wait & another person wanted to cut in line & had more questions. She politely asked the guest to wait, as she was busy serving & did not let herself be rattled. Bravo.. Our room was great as always. We were allowed to have the window in the courtyard & was amazed at how quiet it really was.
