Fairmotel Dornbirn

The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room had a nice modern look for such a low price. The hotel offers great overall value for what you pay. Our stay did have a bit of a bumpy start because of a booking system glitch. We had reserved a room with two double beds, but upon arrival, they only had a room with one double bed available for us. Apparently, this system error happened to four other families that same day. However, the way the hotel handled it was excellent. The staff was incredibly friendly and the manager personally came over to apologize to us. They compensated us with a free breakfast buffet, and they provided extra blankets so I could comfortably sleep on the floor. The staff completely deserves a 10 out of 10 for their customer service. In terms of cleanliness, the bedroom itself was spotless, but the bathroom had a few missed spots. That being said, it was still cleaner than our last few hotels. It is a great budget option with fantastic service. 80 out of 100.

We had an apartment, which we found to be very clean and tidy. The beds were good and clean. Parking spaces could be tight in the evening, but the hotel also has an underground car park where you can always find a spot. The friendliness of the staff is absolutely commendable. Whether late in the evening at the bar, at reception or in the breakfast room, they were very helpful and extremely friendly. We had a great breakfast on the terrace. It was a very pleasant stay. PS. Great gin / gin and tonic, but maybe not with Schwepes in the future ;)

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was excellent, breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, the room cannot be cooled optimally in midsummer, as the "total cooling" is via the floor - at night over 25 degrees despite the window being open, it is already very warm. (Turning down the cooling unfortunately doesn't help much.) We will be back
