Travel Charme Ifen Hotel

Service: 2/5 – Staff were largely inattentive, unhelpful, and not particularly polite. Even basic amenities were lacking. The one bright spot was the woman at the bar (didn't catch her name, but she had a Spanish-sounding one) — she was genuinely warm and kind — along with the young woman in the spa area who actually helped us get sun loungers out when everything was fully booked. Aside from them, service felt like an afterthought. Food: 2/5 – Breakfast was very basic, the "Jause" (afternoon snack) was boring, and dinner was nothing special. Given the prices, none of it felt justified. The good: The pool and rooms were nice, and the view from the pool is genuinely beautiful. Overall, this is nowhere near a 5-star hotel when you factor in the service, food, pricing, and amenities. There's a real gap between what's charged and what's delivered. PS: Both of us got sick from the food.

Spent 8 days at the Ifen, dirty room (laminate was coming apart), small TV that kept turning off. You cannot list everything.

We had an all-around wonderful stay at the Ifen Hotel. The entire facility is very clean, well-maintained, and high-quality. We would especially like to highlight the extremely friendly and attentive staff – you feel warmly welcomed from the very beginning. The wellness area is simply fantastic. A special highlight is the infinity pool with the dreamy view of the mountains – here you can relax wonderfully and unwind. We were also completely spoiled by the culinary offerings. The very extensive breakfast buffet truly leaves nothing to be desired. The afternoon Alpine snack is a great addition and the dinner was simply sensational. I was especially pleased with the thoughtful attention for my birthday – a truly lovely gesture that made our stay even more special. Many thanks to the entire team for this wonderful time. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back! 🏔️🥂
