When I tried to make up my mind that there was some mistake, the room rate was changed to 12 times the amount, and I was obviously getting rid of customers who booked with early discounts to make money. I messaged the hotel, but they didn't respond and I was robbed. You shouldn't make a reservation.

Best experience ever. Thank you very much to the staff they do everything for the comfort of the guests. We had an economy room booked, but put us in a comfort room (no extra charge), any request is answered instantly. I want to thank Karina in particular - I will never forget her sincere involvement and help.

Wonderful hotel, quality and service exceeds the price unequivocally, is located in the Old Town, very successful location, fully fits the description, the room has everything for shower, toothbrush, even cotton pads and shower hat, which is not always in more expensive hotels, safe, hairdryer, ironing board, iron, fridge, even have paper napkins. Water, tea, coffee, sugar are replenished every day. The cleaning is perfect, the mattress is very comfortable, the bed linen is snow white, hot water in the tap is always (someone wrote it no). The hotel does not have breakfast, but it is not a problem at all, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants around. Nearby all the iconic places, the subway is a few meters away. The staff speak Russian, very nice guys. There is access to the roof terrace where you can have coffee in the morning, from the roof you can see the sea, flame towers, the city. Anyway, I suggest we get back here ourselves.
