They chose a hotel with a 5-star level and not far from where they would spend two days working. Since they booked for 2 nights, did not study the issue much, and the very low cost simply and successful location simply left no chance of any other options. The price is right, but five stars isn't even close. The building itself is beautiful, it's on a lake and my room had a view of this very lake. Number 311 turned out to be very small. Upon entering it, a broken toilet was immediately detected. This issue was quickly resolved, but the issue of television apparently has not been resolved so far, as it has been written about before. My colleague on the 2nd floor didn't have a TV either. The first night in Baku it was well just very cold weather and the room was not warm at all. I had to take cover with everything in the closet. In 3 days, no water was ever brought in, though, it wasn't just put in, it was available to the receptionist all along. The speed of the Internet left a lot to be desired. The room was never cleaned or even asked about in 3 days. Breakfast is very, very humble, right on the grams. And I haven't seen this in a long time when food is brought, that is, not a buffet! In general, the best illustration of everything is that my colleague had to stay one more night, but did not choose this hotel and another flying colleague did not advise it. Personally, I will not come here again, except for free, on the promotion:-)

The restaurant is delicious, the prices are much cheaper than elsewhere, the view is super clean air. The restaurant didn't come out separately, so she wrote a review of the hotel - but she didn't stay in it. Service is good and people are usually scarce. Nearby park , you can walk

Never choose this hotel if you don’t want to ruin your impression of Baku. I stayed at the hotel for 5 days. I paid for the room in advance through the service, if I had not paid through the service in advance I would have gone to another hotel. When checking in, I entered the room and saw that the heater was on, it was +2 outside, this was the only way to somehow heat the room, the heater worked day and night, so at night I had to sleep with the lighting from the heater since it had heaters, which glow. However, it was still cold at night. Also, the room was very dirty, hair, garbage, cobwebs, dead insects on the walls and furniture, and everything was smoky. During the week of my stay, they never cleaned me or changed anything!!!! The room was purchased with starters, in fact there are none, since the breakfast included 3 pieces of cheese, 3 pieces of sausage, several pieces of flatbread, 3 olives, 3 black olives, 2 spoons of condensed milk and mini jam, tea or instant coffee of your choice and that’s it , and this was the case for all 4 breakfasts, once they gave me 1 boiled egg, I went to a restaurant every day in the hope that something would change, and ended up having breakfast in coffee shops. Also, the TV did not work, there was some kind of problem throughout the hotel, but there was a solution, they gave out some kind of set-top boxes for TV, but for me there was no such set-top box, as I was told, everything was distributed to the guests, and I was advised to go out in the evenings. I don’t write reviews often, but here I couldn’t stay away; I categorically do not recommend this hotel for staying.
