New Baku Hotel

Room was good big nice The problem is staff they dont knw they are working in hospitality department There is one guy i think he is receptionist or internship the name is adel no manners very rude guy 2) i told to that guy adel i will check out early do u guys provide lunch boxes for early departure guests they said yes will give u on check out I checked with reception in the night they said we dont knw and adel is busy hes not picking up the call 3) the last very bad thing i request for wakeup call 4:30Am but they didn't call very bad service from reception

Worst hotel I'd say it said 4*****, not 4 at all. If you want to stay with your family, please do not take your family to this hotel. Hotel without security. Rough staff who also swear with the mat and don't talk like it's proper. Except Farid and Adil. Who have always been friendly and tried to help us in whatever way they could.From strength 1⁄€,no more. Breakfasts are terrible, there's not much choice. During the month we were there with our family, all we served was eggs, cheap and untasty sausages, and there wasn't much cheese. About bread, I don't say anything. It said it was a family hotel, but no. Locals and tourists in general also brought night butterflies to the hotel and made a lot of noise, which made it impossible to sleep, rest properly. Then the receptionist asked me to cancel my booking registration. Because it costs them a lot to pay taxes. They said I'd continue my stay there, despite the cancellation in the booking. And in case they called me, I had to lie that I was no longer in Baku. And when I said no, I saw a very unpleasant attitude towards us.

Third class hotel we founded , If you want to stay with family pls don’t bring your family in this hotle This is hotel no safety and very hygienic and nobody can speak English even you are sleeping someone open your door No AC working and washroom so dirty , room are bigs but soo dirty believe me if you love with your family don’t stay in this hotel there breakfast also very bad nothing fresh.Receptionist guy younis is very bad and rude And the service also very bad
