Booking from 09.08.2023- 13.08.2023. Terrible customer service. First of all, we arrived at 6.05 10.08.2023 and what we have? In reception told that they have problem with our room. We understand all have force majeur, but if you have problems you can give other room. No, they choose sent us to other hotel until 12.00. We booking hotel from 09.08 to have sure that we arrive and go relax, but not must walking from hotel to hotel.

Very dirty room, broken window, immovable mosquito net and broken window frame that did not close. Fire alarm system disarmed (said by them). Double bed sheets and blankets covered half of the bed. Other bed with dirty sheets. Musty smell coming from dirty carpet. Bathroom with dirty faucets and dirty shower curtain. Very old furniture. NO ELEVATOR. Dirty carpet of the stairs to reach the rooms. Poor breakfast. I have sent a complaint to the property but have not received any response from them. TO AVOID AT ALL

Despite an ideal location and friendly staff, this hotel failed on levels of providing basic amenities and cleanliness. Our requirement was 3 single beds. A double + single was what they had. The room 319 where we stayed, had an unbearable stench. WC was broken and wobbly. Cleaning was not done on a daily basis. Breakfast was extremely basic with nothing like in pictures shown in the advertisement. Property is misleadingly shown in the main picture as the hotel. Picture of the building shown is the one opposite the Rigs hotel. Dark dingy corridors with flickering lights. Overall, most disappointing stay.
