Hideaways at Palm Bay

This was our second time staying at the resort. As a domestic tourist, I'm proud to say the treatment we received there was consistent both trips. Very friendly, helpful staff and clean environment. The rooms were clean and neat, the enviroment surrounding our room, the entire property was so calming. We enjoyed a few afternoon meals at the onsite restaurant. We would of appreciate if the restaurant breakfast menu had native foods. But it gave us a chance to view more of the island. Cheaters for the win, best native breakfast menu and good prices. Every staff knows their job description and even willing to help out of that category to make a guest more comfortable. Sadly we have experienced being treated of less value than foreign guests on a few trips but never at Hideaways. We were greeted with a smile and served with pleaseure. The staff encouraged us to communicate our pleasure and dislikes to make our stay with them beautiful. Thank you staff of Hideaways especially Cindy,Rita and Bev. YESSSSS we will be back and we have recommended Hideaways.

Wonderful place to stay! The rooms are clean and very comfortable! We had a small living room, dining room, and kitchen, and it truly felt like home for a few days. I can't compliment the staff enough! From the front desk to the pool and kayaks attendants to the shuttle driver, everyone was kind, friendly, and professional. Lots of things to do around Exuma, and many places to eat, and the staff at Hideaways will help you find all of it! We will be back for sure...!

This place is the best. Loved the location, room, service and the people who worked there. (they are the sweetest) The whole resort is clean and beautiful and felt like we got to experience the Bahamian culture at its best. Jolly Hall Bay is the most beautiful beach. The 1 bedroom villa was beautiful, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the balcony patio to relax and soak in the views.
