I am sending this out to all the performer entertainment staff who were so wonderfully talented & deserve such commendations. Especially Gluimuey, beautifully exceptional star quality& Omg Call!- Wow, unbelievable showmanship! They were not only remarkable human beings, but awesomely phenomenal theatrical skills & ability beyond there years. Please know you have a group of gems I was so lucky to have experienced on your stage They are truly top notch, & myself coming from NYC Dance & Drama, they have a bright future ahead of them, &destined for Broadway-even outdid " The Great White Way". So better hold on to them while you can!!:)

Return to Wyndham Viva Fortuna Beach: A Magical Escape My wife Melissa and I just got back from a much-needed break (June 20–27), and we are still floating! We scored a Sunwing deal that was simply too good to pass up, and we were blessed with a near-perfect vacation. The Arrival (A Message for Sunwing) Hey Sunwing: Please stagger your flight arrivals if possible! The lobby was pure chaos at check-in because the Toronto and Montreal flights landed at the exact same time. Despite the never-ending sea of people, Daniel and Kaynan handled the crowd like absolute pros. Huge appreciation to them for taking such great care of us right out of the gate! Room 2223: Ocean Views & Ice-Cold A/C We were thrilled with our Ocean View upgrade! The air conditioning was ice-cold (a total lifesaver). Best of all, our housekeepers Alitha and Amanda were incredibly friendly and kept our room absolutely spotless every single day. Constructive feedback for the next refresh: The mattress was unfortunately pretty uncomfortable and had a deep sink to it, and the bathroom is due for an update. Pro tip for the furniture: Put plexiglass or glass tops on the desks to protect the wood from wear and tear! The Beach: Actual Heaven on Earth The beach here is a cinematic masterpiece. White, sugary sand and a magical array of vibrant blues and greens that my camera couldn't even begin to capture. We spent countless hours floating in the sea. Snorkelers Take Note: There are two stunning natural reefs right there with the most beautiful fish! Bring water shoes because it’s a bit of a rocky wade-in. Management Suggestion: Please put up a sign asking guests not to stand on the coral. The lifeguards had to alert swimmers multiple times to protect the reef. Culinary Highlights & Superstar Staff The food exceeded our expectations this time around! The Mexican Restaurant: Our absolute favorite. I’m already missing my steak and cold beers! Tyrone is an absolute gem of a guy and one of the main reasons we keep coming back. He goes above and beyond to always ensure our experience is top-notch. Italian & International: Outstanding. A true culinary experience! The Buffet: It was better than we remember, and we really enjoyed breakfast and lunch. The variety was incredible! The Bar Crew & The "Great Blender Appeal" The bartenders here rock! Shout out to Ralph, Jaiem "The Legend", and Pedro. And a massive shout out to Camal—he is the absolute heartbeat of this resort. His energy is contagious and he makes everyone smile. DEAR WYNDHAM MANAGEMENT: Please get some blenders! We were dying for Piña Coladas and Mudslides. Let's get those blenders spinning before our next trip! Thank You, Guadalupe & Team! Special thanks to Esther, Julia, Daniel, and Kaynan for making our trip so special.
