Don’t come here! My parents bought and spent $75 000 and it’s been nightmare! No ac and never able to check in before 8 pm! It’s nightmare!!!!!!!!

Atlantis is a great place for couples. Whether you are going to relax or head out exploring if has something for you. We enjoyed all the restaurants, water park, beach and pools. Atlantis was clean, safe, and an extremely fun place to visit. I highly recommend and look forward to going back one day.

The facility’s overall is beautiful. My concerns are long wait lines for shuttles. There needs to more shuttles and perhaps some with direct service to the hotel you are staying at. Even the possibility of water taxis and golf cart service to alleviate bus wait time. The rooms need dehumidifiers because the mildew smell is very strong. Everything seemed to be wet/damp - Floors, sheets counters. The floors and rugs need to be cleaned thoroughly. Bring slippers and play to throw them out. They definitely need it.
