Paradise Island Harbour Resort All Inclusive

The people at this place go above and beyond. Andy made every dinner enjoyable. He provided excellent service and made each meal an experience. I made a friend for life!!! Thanks to Garvin for teaching my husband to dance and giving me a great laugh in the process!! I had so much fun and can’t wait until next time!!!

We booked this resort since they didn’t charge double occupancy and there were 5 of us going. This resort isn’t on the beach but has a man made beach and could use some updates but the staff are amazing. Just a few I had to mention are Marvin, Jamal, Stephan, Benjamin, Hermanique, Garvin, Lachelle, Brian Jerome and Kendrick. They always took care of us and made us feel special. Great customer service and always had a smile.

Arrived at hotel and saw massive construction which we were never told about even though I called before arriving for an upgrade. I just finished chemotherapy and this was my getaway. They didn't care when i said i needed to leave because i can't be around all this dust. We felt they were holding us hostage. Not giving a cancer patient their money back to leave and go to a different hotel with no construction ??? Couldn't sit by pool because of the constant jackhammering so went to the beach everyday for 65.00 a pop. Lobby smells like vomit and old bar especially by the bar. Bathroom in the lobby and by pool looks like it's never been cleaned. Despite this horrible hotel Staff was lovely
