Wonderful and very professional staff. Friendly and polite. Plenty of space in the apartments and a very decent kitchen area. The gym, swimming pool are quite decent with a working steam room and sauna for different genders! Check in was smooth and quick with zero holds! The breakfast (from Crossroads) needs a bit more variety and allergy options though.

Lots of space. Clean. Nice customer service. Basic pots and pans. No valet service. No spa. No frills. I think for 272 USD a night, breakfast should be included but it was not.The lotion and shower gel did not smell nice but I dont like eucalyptus. I liked the Kids Club and Kids pool. It is a no frills place. Pricey but clean.
