Really well received on arrival and settled in nicely after early check in. Good size room, with panoramic views and very comfy bed. Close to key landmarks and general amenities. Reliable transport links via taxis mainly, available all day. Breakfast was delightful and with variety. Arif and his colleagues were always hospitable with hearty smiles. The positivity and kindness displayed by all staff, especially from Gideon and Muhammad Ali. Superb gym and spa facilities. Essentially this was an enjoyable stay, where the service was 10/10 and had a relaxing experience. Will highly recommend.

We stayed two nights during Ramadan 2026 at The Domain and everything was really great. Nothing was going on because of Ramadan, so we even got a free hotel upgrade for a room with skyline views. The staff were so accommodating, helpful and extremely service oriented. We were treated like VIPs by them, even though we are just ordinary people. The food was also very delicious. During Ramadan there is also breakfast, lunch and dinner. The indoor infinity pool and pool officer were also great.

My stay at this hotel was very good overall and thank the hotel founder for this beautiful location. Unfortunately, I had an uncomfortable experience with a receptionist, whose style was unpleasant to me, and when I asked a few questions she raised her eyes in a way that made me feel unwelcome. This behavior was disappointing and impacted my experience. I hope hotel management takes this note into consideration and improves customer service in the future.
