Hani Suites Spa Manama

I’ve been staying at Hani Suites for a long time now, probably more than 4-5 months.. as I go back and forth to Bahrain.. they just recently changed the management and I think the owner.. which led a to terrible experience! I’ve always been comfortable with my stay as all the staff were friendly and got to know me.. never have I ever been charged for any extra thing ever! When I checked out today.. they literally made me pay for a broken ashtray which my friend broke by mistake.. and they wanted to charge me for a very dirty towel which we needed to clean with.. I promise you that I have done that before with the previous management but they cared most about my experience and my happiness.. not for the price of a freaking towel!!! The whole management and staff changed and they’re not nice nor friendly.. I mean the building itself is pretty old but convenient location and spacious.. that’s why I stay there. And last but not least, there were two rooms and one of them was hot and I called them to come fix it and they claimed that they did but it was still very hot in the smaller room.. and Imagine all of that in the heat and humidity of Bahrain!

Worst stay ever in Bahrain From manager to the reception desk staff , all super rude . rooms are dirty and smelly utensils are not there. washing machine not there walls are breaking had booking for 7 nights , left without staying even 1 night. never coming back

The appartment they did not provide kitchen items and we have to ask for it. The bedsheets was dirty and not changed even we found body hair from the previous customers. We try to operate the kettle and there was stinky smell coming from it because it was not cleaned. No hangers in the wardrobe, no enough towels. Next they did not clean the appartment and we have to ask them or beg them to do it. In the second night the airconditioner stopped working and they did not solve the issue. It is horrible place and dirty.
