The hotel room is old, marks on the walls , plug sockets look faulty but was wrking, didnt seem like they clean properly, bathroom was disgusting when I asked to get keys to shower maybe in different room they lied to manager and said I wanted to get a bigger room. During breakfast my brother had allergies , was sneezing alot and they gave him weird looks and waiter was rude. I complained to manager , he was empathetic even though he said his own workers didnt tell him that I just wanted to use clean bathroom not move..worst hotel experience of my life. Cried it was so bad.if I was speaking to one staff member others I could see would come near to spy. It was very weird.

Amazing hotel and feels like home . Very friendly staffs . I stayed here for 20 days however they had a full booking and I was forced out with a 2 days notice. Must try the food , they have one of the best chef ever.

This is a good residential hotel & restaurant. All of staff is very good & service is excellent. Room is very nice.There have buffet breakfast complementary for all of residential guest. There have lot of food Italian,Chinese, bangla, indian.All of food is very delicious. So all of guy please go to the hotel & enjoy with everything.
