Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre

Great location at the heart of Brussels. Very courteous staff. The breakfast spread is quite lavish & extensive.

Had a lovely one night stay here as a couple. Location was perfect, it is right in the heart of the city, with 3 public transport options: bus, train and metro. We stayed in the standard room with city view and the room had everything you needed. Every corner of the hotel was clean, including the public areas such as the public bathroom, gym and sauna. What we really loved was the sauna, it was well maintained and well equipped with towels and free cold water for the guest to indulge. Breakfast was amazing as well with a lot of options. Lastly the staff were very warm and welcoming. I’d definitely visit again.

I often travel to Brussels, and this time I decided to stay at this hotel due to its good location and number of stars. However, I have been disappointed. The cleanliness is very, very poor; in fact, on one day they did not clean the room at all and did not even remove the tea bags we had used. The bathroom door did not close properly, and when we mentioned it, they did nothing. The room is extremely small. The staff is just adequate; the young lady who greets at breakfast is a bit more friendly. I will not recommend it, and of course, I will not return. And it is not cheap, by the way.
