No AC in the entire hotel during a heatwave — staff left me with no options I stayed at this hotel during a heatwave with temperatures reaching 38°C. The air conditioning was broken throughout the entire hotel, making it impossible to sleep. At 2am I went down to reception feeling unwell due to the heat. The staff had a fan sitting right there at the reception desk — completely unused given the minimal activity at that hour — and refused to give it to me even after I told them I was not feeling well. I asked if I could place a chair outside the hotel entrance to get some fresh air. This was also refused. The hotel left me with absolutely no viable alternative: no fan, no room change, nothing — just complete indifference toward my health. I would not recommend this hotel, especially during summer months. Beyond the AC failure itself, what this experience revealed is that the staff on duty is simply not equipped to handle unexpected situations. When something goes wrong, don’t expect creative solutions or basic empathy — just indifference.

We had a stop over as we were on our way to Prague. Lovely hotel and really nice rooms Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the food was very good. Would stay here again.

The employee told me that it was good to have telephoned and that I could move the reservation but that we had to ask a Booking, Booking told me that it was the hotel that decided, purpose, they refused to move my reservation, they begged, took the money and told me never to book again with booking because it was their fault, so liars and dishonest ...
