Perfect from start to finish checked in with Robbie excellent service, rooms absolutely beautiful very stylish fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner shower gel and mini fridge with soft drinks/ beer and bottled water! Coffee machine with pods too! Very comfortable beds/pillows! Such a lovely stay and sleep finished off with a beautiful breakfast the next morning with everything you could wish for and more bacon sausage egg hashbrowns mushrooms, pastry’s, fresh juices, smoothies, fresh fruit, fresh bread/ spreads/ multi choice jams and granola, yoghurts cereal hot and cold drinks fresh juices etc it was perfect and something for everyone would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again! Wow - it was renovated really well. Booked as a Holiday Inn, I was then able to check into the chicly renovated Voco Hotel. The renovation is really successful, the rooms are now really stylish, dark color tones, super comfortable bed, great bathroom now with a shower (but without a rain shower). Large desk, large TV with many international channels. The new restaurant area in the atrium has also turned out really nice. Previously rather functional, now quite cozy with comfortable seating areas, delicious food, and good drinks. The friendly and more than helpful staff has remained - both at the reception and in the restaurant. Tip for room selection: there are numerous ponds around the hotel with corresponding mosquitoes. Rooms facing the outside can certainly be infested with mosquitoes despite the fly screens in front of the window (the screens have not yet been replaced and are partially full of holes). I switched to a room facing the atrium and slept very well there. I am already looking forward to the next visit.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Hotel under renovation. Front desk service horrible. Booked 4 nights had to move room...noise. Housekeeping very inconsiderate, woke at 8am.. DUSTING THE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS! Breakfast terrible..$20 for bad food. Cold, leftovers from day before.Room phone not working after 5 days..Hotel knew, no action taken. No food or snacks at 'Happy Hour'. GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!!
