Marriott Ghent

As a Marriott Bonvoy Lifetime Platinum member, I had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott in Ghent during a recent work trip. I was pleased to receive an upgrade to a very nice room, which was comfortable and well-appointed. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. The hotel’s location is excellent—within easy walking distance of most of Ghent’s main attractions and directly facing the canal, offering beautiful views that really enhance the overall experience. While the hotel does not have an M Club, the breakfast was very good. Although the selection was not particularly extensive, the quality of the food was excellent, which mattered more. Overall, this is a well-located and comfortable hotel with a great atmosphere, ideal for both business and leisure stays.

Stay ruined by the sight of 2 mice wandering in the hotel! Unacceptable in such an establishment! Hygiene needs to be reviewed!!!

A good, well located hotel. We booked one night only and were more than happy with the experience. In particular we will remember the first rate breakfast and the almost empty underground car park; not surprising considering the charge! Professional, helpful, multilingual staff too.
