Again slept here in this beautiful old but expertly modernized hotel Parking behind the hotel in the courtyard, Very friendly welcome and a spacious room. Nice bathroom and a rich breakfast and all this for a very acceptable price.

The hotel is very well located, near the center of Spa. It is a characterful building which has been very nicely renovated; the rooms are nicely decorated, but lack that little extra to give it the label "excellent". The reception the first day was just sister and all; the younger lady was polite but friendly. The older lady, on the other hand, was very friendly. The breakfast was fine, especially since there were only two couples in the hotel.

Charming and attentive welcome and more than pleasant setting. Very good soundproofing. Excellent cleanliness and quality bedding.
