Not at all like website, great location and entrance that's where it ends. Ok breakfast hot food always cold chipped crockery and glasses. Carpet filthy, same bathroom,pillows should go in bin. Room never cleaned bed just made.Towels grey not white. We opened window and it fell of hinges reported to staff who showed no interest. Renovations happening which we were not told about. Over prices and staff are smiley but don't care.

I was worried about this hotel which was booked by a friend after reading the reviews but was pleasantly surprised! Luckily we had a refurbished room in the attic which slept 4 of us. It was fresh, clean and had a brand new bathroom. We didn't eat breakfast as there are plenty of lovely cafes nearby.The staff were friendly and helpful. The best thing about this hotel is the location as it is so close to the main square and market.

Stayed here for 4 nights. 2 mins away from the market. Perfect location, good few bars around, some night shops. We got an email regarding construction, so at least we knew before we arrived. The staff at reception were lovely. The lift is very very small. When you get off at the second floor it was like a construction site, you need to try find the light switch for the hallway. The room was compact, old furniture (wobbly legs). Some broken tiles in the bathroom. The bed was fairly ok. You can hear EVERYTHING in the room above (everything they say) floors are very creaky - no matter where you walk on it. The shower pressure is very poor, would take about an hour to wash my hair! Walked in the tiles in the bathroom and it went down. Hopefully when the construction/refurbishment is done, it will be a hotel you would want to go back to.
