Overall, this hotel works well for a simple one‑night stay in Bruges, especially if you’re mainly looking for a place to sleep. It’s about a 10‑minute walk to the main square, and the underground car park is convenient — open 24 hours and around €19 for a full day. Room & Comfort - We had a front‑facing room overlooking the square. It was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was surprisingly large with both a tub and a good shower. - Towels were provided, and there were extra pillows in the wardrobe (though oddly, no covers for them). - The room was quite warm, but the two portable air‑con units helped. Noise & Facilities - The biggest downside: the walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything — including, in our case, the couple next door being very… enthusiastic. - The TV kept cutting out, and the room controls felt outdated. - Signs pointed to a rooftop bar, but what we found was more of a terrace with benches. If there is a bar, it wasn’t obvious. Check‑in/Check‑out - When we arrived, reception was completely unmanned. Our key card was simply left on the desk. - Someone did appear when we checked out, but it’s unclear when staff are actually present. Bottom Line If you’re after a cheap, convenient place to sleep for one night, this hotel does the job. If you expect anything more — atmosphere, service, modern amenities — you’ll likely be disappointed.

Room at the back of the hotel and was quiet. However, there were also some downsides. On arrival no one at the reception and key (card) is ready for your room. If you want to know more, you should call a phone number. Cold in the room at night. How to turn up the heat is still not clear to us. Maybe it's just not possible. In the bathroom pleasantly warm. In the bathroom, no cups or glass in which you can put water to brush your teeth. Breakfast room not so big and simple breakfast with 1 coffee machine. For example, not getting omelets or other egg preparations. In the morning someone should be sitting at the desk at the entrance but he was busy in the kitchen 😂 Someone friendly, though. Have the impression there's some lack of personnel in this case. The price was around 190 Euro/night with breakfast included. What a lot for whatever you get.

We were very shocked when reading all the reviews, but fortunately not much is right: fine Hotel, nice beds, no noise from outside, no cold . Large walk-in shower and closet space, clean, simple breakfast, but there was (both days) a lady around to supplement. On Sundays also regular breakfast present. We even got fresh towels (there were 2 days). On departure someone at the reception. On arrival not, but also arrived later, but everything was neatly ready. TV not used. Location fantastic! Could use some more lamps in the room and trash in the bath kamr would be handy. And the hotel is not reachable by mail, and phone number what is on the internet is not correct (is from restaurant under the hotel which does not belong!!)
