small luxury hotel of the famous Relais & Châteaux chain, but unfortunately expectations were disappointed, unfriendly central location, check-in unfriendly and stiff, a young guy unfriendly, closer to arrogance than courtesy..... small room, too small, very dated, too full of useless and impractical furniture, the bathroom door does not open completely, hitting the bed, uncomfortable bed, mattress to be replaced, the sheets on the two beds were different. excellent breakfast, the only positive thing, in this case the waiter was kind and professional as well as attentive the advertised spa is useless, I would say, massages must be booked at least 3 days in advance, as well as the sauna and Turkish bath, only by reservation conclusions: failed, we are just not there.... I certainly do not feel like recommending it, let alone returning, too bad, the expectations were good

Here I will live, over and over again. What a good hotel. Beautiful and incredibly good service! The room was even nicer than in the pictures. We had a car and they arranged parking. As we went on we got water bottles, some snacks and a travel book.

Excellent hotel. Great location, super helpful staff, comfortable rooms. Top notch accommodations.
