Hotel Alpha

Comfortable, clean, and well-equipped rooms, with a large television that is appreciated. The location is ideal for enjoying the city. However, the soundproofing leaves much to be desired, and you can easily hear the surrounding noises. Unfortunately, the breakfast is very disappointing considering its price ($17). The quality of the products is average, the selection is quite limited, and the experience is disrupted by the frequent and noisy comings and goings of the housekeeping staff in the dining area. A point that clearly deserves improvement.

Not friendly. Poor service. Not reason enough. We'll never book here again. It cannot be arranged that breakfast was prepared a little earlier and despite several recalls never had our money back for the paid but not received breakfast.
