Capital Plaza Hotel

Dirt, dilapidated, noise, deplorable electrical installation in the bathroom. In this 4-star hotel the front desk staff speak almost no English! Using a translator on their mobile. The only positives that justify my two stars: The staff seem to be suffering from the problems mentioned and are even embarrassed by them. Their kindness and "responsiveness" is to be emphasized. The breakfast buffet is varied. The hotel is very well located.

Recommended to go for lunch, and it didn’t disappoint. Great prices and very yum food, also great views into 25 de mayo Plaza. Special shout out to Patricia who was so kind and friendly, she really made our experience special and memorable. Thanks!

A disaster for calm. If you want peace, run away! Hotel that is aging poorly. Hotel which certainly had its charm many years ago. As soon as 2 people are talking on the ground floor near the small swimming pool or in the hall, all sounds are amplified by the glass roofs. It feels like a station hall. Blame it on the architecture and the clients who speak loudly at any time. Even in room 203, especially upstairs, you can hear everything that happens. A shower screen is missing. In short, a shame because beautiful architecture and comfortable beds but a disaster if you want peace and quiet
