Very bad hotel.dirty there were hairs on the sheets food only pigs would eat them rude staff breakfast bad.towels paid for your face never cleaned in 4 nights.breakfast bad nothing was eaten.

We arrived quite late and the town was packed with cars but the receptionist made sure we got parked well. We had a suite and it was very comfortable with a good balcony with great views over to Croatia. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was serviceable and tasted good.

The hotel is pretty OK for the price. Most people come here to visit nearby towns/attractions and want to stay in a central location, for which Neum is ideal. Everyone in the hotel is very kind to guests. I have to say that the maids didn't do a great job for the 8 days we stayed in the hotel. No cleaning whatsoever, and they didn't change the bed linen for 7 days, we had to go to the reception desk to ask for a replacement. Breakfast quite modest, no toast, no fruit, no water, one type of jam, one type of cheese, no butter (just margarine). The hotel doesn't have a private beach, and to get to the beach you have to go down a long flight of stairs. Sunbeds and parasols are charged 4€ per piece. You also have to pay 0.25€ to user the shower.
