Catastrophe. Unfriendly staff. We had to pay extra for the beach loungers. The food in the hotel is poor, and the cleanliness does not meet the expected standard.

We were lucky to occupy one of the renovated rooms, but not all of them are, and this is never specified. The restaurant is old and the buffet, fortunately very good, is not very large. Always the same raw vegetables and the same desserts, which are too few in number. The afternoon snack is nonexistent. It's a detail, but it's the first time we cleared our table while being all-inclusive. The taverns and the pizzeria have nothing to do with the hotel. The all-inclusive is only accessible at the main restaurant located on the 5th floor, which makes access less comfortable. The beach bar is paid as well as the one at the hotel The beach loungers adjacent to the hotel are unfortunately paid as well. The hotel is in Bosnia, so you have to cross the border to get to Croatia.

As the president of the "Les Voyages de Nanou" association, I accompanied a group of 13 people. We had chosen the discovery stay and Dalmatian colors. We had a wonderful stay. The excursions were very well organized. We added two excursions to our program for a more than reasonable price. Thanks to Katarina and Karolina, who each accompanied us in turn. Thank you for your kindness, your gentleness, and for all the explanations they provided us about their country; thanks to you, we made wonderful discoveries. Thanks also to Clémence and Pauline for their smiles, dedication, and dynamism, which made our stay more than pleasant and our evenings unforgettable. The hotel was very good, pleasant rooms, varied food, nothing to complain about. I recommend it.
