Laguna Praia Hotel

Unfortunate, running from this hotel I never stayed in a hotel like this, you come the maid is still cleaning the room, you will have lunch and return and she still keep cleaning, you ask for a mantra they give you a bed patch, today I had to take off the sheets pq they do not change, my cousin had to twist from the room pq air damaged, there was to another room the shower and horrible, out the other things that I don't even want to mention here, more you are scheduled to come to enjoy you is very angry.

Worse hotel in q ja had the discomfort of entering, but thank God ñ was by my choice, I bought a tour in q the hotel would be another but for some enrolment threw us in this possuga, the room 205 I ñ recommend neither to my worst enemy, I took some pictures of the bed, the sheets, the frigobar, the bathroom but I will spare myself to publish, I say: ñ if you stay there, worst experience of my life!!!!

The receptionist who made our check in was cold, did not inform how to access the internet or the reception branch,in case of need. At bath time, we shock when we open the tap. We weren't the only ones. Dirty air conditioning. Breakfast very weak and the replacement are not made due to lack of items in the opening hours. At times, you end up without any staff to serve the guests. Around 11 hours, I received a message from the reception by ZAP, the receptionist informed that the check-out ended at 12 hours and after that, the value of R$ 100 was charged. I asked if he had any tolerance and he said no. He was cold and ironic. The receptionist Welington was very polite and attentive.
