I had a very good experience at the Ritz Plaza Maceió! One of the points that caught my attention was the location — close to the main beaches, which makes it very easy for those who want to enjoy the beach and everything the city has to offer. Another difference is the rental of bicycles with a fair price, great for taking a walk along the shore in a practical and pleasant way. And the sea view is beautiful — waking up with that landscape makes your stay even more special. But the highlight, of course, is the care. The receptionist Benício is super cordial, cheerful and always willing to help, leaving the environment lighter and cozy. Bruno also deserves praise: very polite, attentive and always ready to help with whatever is needed. Overall, it was a great experience. I highly recommend and would definitely return!

I highlight the location, in the heart of the Orla de Maceió (between the beaches of Pajuçara and Ponta Verde), the wonderful sea view, the rental of bicycles at a compatible value and, above all, the service, especially the Benicio, extremely cordial, helpful and cheerful and Bruno.

Fictional. I stayed in an apto already retired and was good. I was indignant pq does not offer room cleaning every day. I'VE NEVER SEEN THAT, NOT IN THE HORST HOTELS I'VE STAYED IN. Just make a bed day yes day no. Breakfast beeeemmmm basic. Excellent location
