I found price and wifi, price found in this guest house, good location two blocks from the tip of the river, breakfast for me that I am a basic person was great. The guesthouse has parking with maneuver. Attention from the staff to the guests, with excellence only from Rodrigo the boy of the maintenance, the others were kind and polite. The wifi of the guesthouse in the block of ap's we were bad, we stayed 5 days and did not work in any day. We need to work online, camping at the reception that has no air conditioning or in the pool area.

I liked the care of all receptionists. Very good breakfast. I just don't give 5 on the rating because of the double room on the ground floor. Very small and no window. I had air conditioning, I felt slightly choked the first night, but then I got used to it. And also because the room was too small I didn't have much room to store clothes, I didn't have a cabide and always where I stay there is space and cabides to hang in the closets. My biggest discontent was the mini room without a window. If I had seen the photos before closing, I would not have been in it. I have the impression that I was relocated to this room for being alone. The rest I liked very much. One tip would disable these rooms offering a room with window, at least.

You can see that the guesthouse has been growing slowly and therefore has three separate room locations. The pool is in the newest building. I went with my family. There was a day it rained and there was a leak in the ceiling due to a broken tile. They put us in another room. We have identified signs of mold on the ceiling which indicates the need for maintenance. The room is relatively modern and has a cable TV. Breakfast has good options with tapioca and cuscuz. The good thing is that the guesthouse is in the central area of Maragogi, which makes it easy for those who want to enjoy the region. Large inconveniente: very small parking and often requires you to leave the vehicle key at the reception for manoeuvres.
