COMFORT HOTEL MANAUS

I will start with the positive of this hotel. Wonderful reception staff at checkin and checkout. That is it! The room was awful, the hallways dark and depressing. The location is terrible in an industrial area with nothing around it. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. The breakfast was so bad I ate nothing. I paid for 3 nights and left after the first night, forfeiting my money for two nights. The worst? No hot water in the vanity! I cannot warn you enough to avoid this hotel!

Well, considering its location in the industrial district. Room service after 22h was bad. I ordered a snack, via app, and for 1 hour indicated that I was in line. I called the reception, since there is no branch of the restaurant, and I was informed that my order could not be made due to lack of product.

Excellent cost benefit, location and cleanliness. Great restaurant.
