Last month I stayed, but I was not satisfied with some things that happened in the hotel, air conditioning did not work, dirty corridors without counting in inappropriate arrangement in the fit. the maid Kátia very poorly educated, ask for replacement of enxoval and she simply did not attend me, when I came back in the afternoon again asked for enxoval I stayed on the 9th floor more did not meet the demand

Incredible experience, great hotel ❤️

We arrived after a long flight from the US and checked in around 3 a.m. in the morning. The night manager gave us a crappy room. Broken air conditioner, right opposite the elevator and just a bad vibe. The next day I was able to at least change to what we thought was a good basic room. The breakfast is also okay. The coffee really crappy but the lady minding the omelette station was awesome along with the staff. What really made our trip was “IGOR” at the reception. He is very fluent in English and very helpful including coordinating local tours. Katrina was also very helpful. Make sure to ask for a room on an upgraded floor (carpets in the wider corridor). The rooftop pool is awesome and amazing view of the sunset! Hotel management take note: hire more people like Igor who lead passionately with first grade customer service- that goes a long way in the overall experience of a customer.
