The staff are excellent, always careful and very polite. The structure of the hotel is old and there are some observations. We stayed in accommodation nr 21 at the top and I was able to observe some defects that could be corrected, mattress with hole and the tip of the exposed spring, risking to injure someone, as the room has a single bed, I made the exchange because I detected it already at night, bathroom does not have a toilet shower, poor lighting being necessary to connect the mirror luminaires to assist in the lighting, because this is an old establishment lacks maintenance in other aspects besides the here mentioned.
I had to request the replacement of the towels once they were not made within the established period. Breakfast is pretty basic but serves.
