Hotel Recanto Do Sol

I spent in this hotel one of the worst annoyances this year for me. I made the reservation a lot in advance in this pseudo hotel called Sunshine, which should actually be called Horror Shine. An extremely incompatible space with the reality of the photos, an extremely unprepared and disrespectful team, not to mention that the room looks like a real captive. I was with the reservation scheduled for after 15h, I arrived at the accommodation after 16h and then I was surprised by the receptionist who promptly informed me that I should not be there in that hotel because I had been redirected to another hotel, which to mention, is almost an hour away from the hotel that I had booked and had even confirmed the reservation by WhatsApp with the hotel's service team before the trip. The receptionist informed me that they had problems with the electricity more than a week ago and then I asked him why they didn’t contact me and he said he didn’t know why and that I should go to that other hotel that is more far away. So I asked him to call the manager, Mrs Kelly, who came and informed us of the same situation that the receptionist had in the past, so I told her that the minimum that the hotel staff should have done was to contact me as soon as the problem arose and not only today that I arrived from travel extremely tired along with my wife and we needed to rest and that I would not be able to drive for almost an hour. She informed that she would have a accommodation that could give us but that according to her, this accommodation did not have the minimum sanitary condition to be used and that she usually does not even give this room because she is aware that the room is in extremely precarious conditions, we asked her to see such a room and in this she was sure pq if calling that of captivity would be a huge compliment. Finally, I explained to her that it would be impossible to go to a place so far away because the whole program of our trip was in that place and that we have even scheduled events with our relatives that would arrive on Wednesday and we would have to stay in hotels in that location, but she said that there would be nothing that could be done other than I accept to go to that new hotel that they had remodeled. I explained to her that she was ending with my vacation pq besides the stress and nervous that my wife and I were going through at that time, I would have additional expenses with fuel and parking because I would have to move every day of my trip to that region and once again she said that nothing could do and her last suggestion was to say that I could stay in this new accommodation that they sent me without communicating and when I had a room available maybe I could go back to that hotel. Finally, this staff from this sunny hotel ruined my trip, left me in an unprecedented nervous state and I would still like to emphasize that the booking sent an agent to this hotel to check the conditions, as they are very precarious and do not match the photos on the site. I emphasize that everything I'm recording here, I filmed to corroborate my information and see the irresponsibility of this hotel staff. What makes sense to both me and my wife is that it happened with the room that I booked something similar to an overbooking (aerial), it seems to me that they gave my room to another reservation and allocated me to another extremely distant place. I hope that booking will take urgent measures to resolve my case as soon as possible. I'm waiting for an urgent solution, not to mention that the structure of this hotel is horrible, there are insects everywhere, even lacraia had in the dining hall, ants everywhere, rotten fridge, dirt in the parking lot, rotten shower, defective lock, rotten shower, leaking toilet vase, a real horror show, out the bad service. The last detail is that I tried to contact the booking several times and nothing was done to resolve.

Rooms with mould smell, disorganization in the hotel environment, bathroom vaza water from the Box during the bath, breakfast when finished has no replacement of the same dish, to eat well has to wake up and be one of the first few varieties of coffee option. Attendees are wonderful and super attentive when we request. There is no way to talk in the hotel by phone and access to WhatsApp is not returned. Good pool is clean. But I do not intend to go back because I did not like the structure and breakfast.

This hotel must be extinct, very bad conditions, it's in ruins, the CVC put me there, I almost died of disgust. Everything is dark, air conditioning falling to pieces, the bathroom has a strong smell of scissors, no water comes out of the shower and it smells like rusty hose, the toilet water is yellow, there is no mirror in the bathroom and the place is in front of a mango.
