MONTE PASCOAL PRAIA

The hotel has a large structure, several rooms, two large pools, two saunas and a games room. The staff is very attentive and they are always ready to serve us, as for that I have nothing to complain about. However, the hygiene of the room leaves little to be desired. And the lighting of the hallways that give access to the rooms too, has lamps with sensors, but these do not always work which makes the environment dark. We stayed in a room for 4 people, the experience would have been better if there was the disposition of a mirror on the outside of the bathroom and if more supports had been arranged to hang clothes, given that the bathroom is not well aired.

The hotel met super well to our needs. Well located, pharmacies, restaurants and market nearby. But from my arrival until we left, I killed more than 10 cockroaches in the room. Terrible. The acoustics of the hotel are terrible. You hear everything from the top and side room. Guests reached 1 of the manha in the biggest noise, with no idea. I complained with the reception and nothing was done. Vc hears all the noise that is occurring outside the rooms. It serves as a guesthouse and not a hotel.

Cost benefit When I booked the hotel I knew it was a 3 stars. But there are some observations. Positive: The hotel has an excellent location for those who want to enjoy close to Axé Moi, in addition to having pharmacy, market, places to eat nearby. It is a very large hotel, of those that receives excursions. It's organized. All very polite. I didn't use it, but it has a pool and sauna. The room is spacious, good shower shower. Negative: Internet does not pick up in the room, whether wi-fi or your Internet (live, of course, hi, tim), went to window there picked up. The TV is bad, we complain but it didn't go ahead. Image has no sharpness and rainfall. It's not a smart TV. Room has a strange smell. Missed a mirror in the room for women to arrange. The bathroom light is bad to make or give any adjustment to the face. In the bathroom the jar is charged, something that makes it disgusting. The pot water has a strange color, it should be recyclable. Breakfast is basic, a small breakfast. If I stayed long in this hotel for me it would be a problem, but I stayed 2 nights.
