Pau Brasil Praia Hotel

Of all the times I've been in Porto Seguro, this being the 4th, it was the best hotel. Accommodation, cleanliness, location, structure, food, and the empathy of the staff in general, in addition to being a modern, beautiful, and safe space.

I promised this trip to my sister at a very critical time in her life when she was facing a serious illness. A promise is a debt, right?? The hotel is wonderful. Very comfortable facilities, incredible breakfast, with items being restocked at all times, but what really makes the difference is the staff. Everyone was very attentive, affectionate, calling us by name. Even though I fear it might be unfair, I highlight the service from Kaik and the reception manager Carlo. I will recommend the hotel and I will surely return.

We were very well received and assisted, especially by Manager Jerusa who was always ready and willing to help us. Congratulations to the entire hotel team, I recommend the stay.
