The announcement (0.00km) of the CCS, is outdated... the distance is 7.7km. I did not enjoy the service since the arrival at the reception. Next, precarious signaling, including access to the parking lot. Breakfast, my God... a lot of the same thing!!!

Decent hotel. I stayed for a week during the turn of the year from 2025 to 2026 and expected more from the facilities and services. I stayed in apartment 902 on the ninth floor, with an excellent view of the lake, in a clean and organized room, but with a bed already very tired (bottom mattress tanga use) and installed a little careless and old. Breakfast and meals (extras like dinner) have no constant quality standard (one day has quality, the other day no longer has). It is a good hotel, more needs repairs, is a team better prepared to serve tourists.

Positive points: Quick elevator, close to the Salvador Convention Center (1,2 Km), large entrance hall, spacious restaurant Negative points: Very old hotel, wardrobe door did not close, tight room, very tight bathroom, wardrobe small and very old, no hair dryer (has to order at reception and is of poor quality), few cabides, thin blanket and poor quality, tiny soap, thin towel, reasonable bath, full but poor quality breakfast.
