Looks like a joke, but yes. There is a coup in the square... and stumble, talk via WhatsApp (with the Hotel) directed from the Hotel website / Instagram directed to WhatsApp ... When chatting with the reception and ask for budget for a stay in the period of only 1 day, vc receives a proposal with information about the room, value and etc, which comes a link for payment Makes the paid (being the only option via credit card) and eh presented a proof, as well as receives in the email also the proof of the daily booking... In the same WhatsApp from the Hotel I sent the confirmation and asked if everything was okay , confirmed.... To our surprise when arriving at the hotel on Thursday 26/03, we passed through a boring moment, where the reception did not identify paid and booking... asking to check WhatsApp, received confirmation email and informed that they did not receive the amount, i.e. possible scam.... They asked me to contest, and make the paid directly at the reception, of a new diary. Confusing situation, in any case we decided to stay, not to waste time with transfer and having to consult availability in a new hotel The service in the pool part, bar and restaurant eh excellent, (we highlight the service of Débora, in addition all like the pool and with the view to the sea, practically walking in the sand, but not eh possible to enter the beach right in front, We stayed in the room on the ground floor, the air conditioning dried the night, we were given a turbo fan, in the closet there were cupins making party and distributing confetti....on top of our clothes... There is no water filter in the hotel.... If you want to drink water, you must consume Frigobar...
