I come through this to register my dissatisfaction with the service received when trying to perform a walk-in in the hotel. I was served by a thin receptionist, who initially asked me to send my documents to the hotel email. After that, he started serving other guests, interrupting my service without any prediction of continuity. Faced with the situation, I questioned that the correct would be to complete my care before starting another, but I was informed by him that at that moment, I would only deliver keys. When asked about the continuity of my registration, he replied that he could only proceed with the documents sent, without showing initiative to move the process or organize the order of attendance. Faced with the lack of priority and organization, I chose to give up hosting and commented that he should review the concept of priority in customer service. In response, I received an ironic “thank you” which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Because of this experience, I left the place and searched for another hotel. I hope that the situation is evaluated so that other customers do not go through the same type of care.

Bad conservation. Stained bed linen, furniture and yellow tiles, scratch marks, mold, oxidation!! Simple food. The grades should be a maximum of 6 REGULAR. Custo benefício ruim. I regretted, at least it was just for one night in a travel connection emergency
