Hotel Ondimar

Me and my best friend stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and we didn’t enjoy it at all. First of all, the staff and receptionists would not speak English at all which is ok if I can communicate with them other ways but they would call on us by whistling poorly something like “pssssht” fx if we were sitting in the lobby or eating breakfast. Interrupting us. The second thing is that the rooms were not worth the price. Our rooms and we also noticed by the lobby and main entrance had ants and bugs and we even found 2 cockroaches in our room. Showers have no presure at all and you cannot adjust the water temperature. All in all, you can find something much better.

Even thought the price wasn't that expensive I was expecting at least a good accommodation. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good. Each guest also can ask, in advance, for an parking spot. The location is good, far from the Pelourinho (and the noise) but close to the Barra beach.
