Terrible experience. We were without water for two days (washing and using the bathroom with bottles) due to their plumbing issue, and they also refused to provide any financial compensation for the inconvenience!! When the water returned, it was also cold. The elevator is nothing short of horrible and definitely not up to code; as soon as you enter, a loud makeshift fan starts running. I advise against using it to avoid getting stuck like other customers have experienced. The entire facility is dilapidated and poorly maintained.

Rude welcome. We asked for a quiet room, the receptionist made no effort: 1st floor, just above the street, we did not sleep (restaurants, cars). The next day, we asked to change rooms: at 8:30 am, there was a room available; when we returned at 5 pm, it was no longer possible! No consideration for the customer. Breakfast terrace overlooking the cargo port ... DPJ served from 7.30am; we have a transfer at 7.40am. We asked if there would be coffee and bread around 7:15: no!

Don't stay in that place at all. I went there with a colleague on November 5, 2024. After seeing the state of the hostel and being incredibly poorly served by a gentleman who was not even wearing shoes, we canceled and we left. Two days later, the guesthouse illegally charged all the two nights. Calling the manager and informing about the illegal collection, he said it was not his problem and they would charge anyway. Get out of this place.
