Trancoso Residence

DECEPTION DEFINE! The experience was completely different than the photos and the description promise!! I traveled a whole day, took two flights and arrived with the expectation of having a good experience, but unfortunately it was a great frustration. I booked two rooms in this hostel and we arrived around 9:00. To our surprise, there is no reception or someone from the staff to attend. Only a security outsourced handed over the keys, without any document conference or proper control of who was entering the hostel. When entering the room, we encountered several problems: there was no water to take a bath, use the bathroom or brush our teeth. The Wi-Fi didn't work and, to make it worse, the breakfast just didn't exhaust, despite the expectation created by the disclosure. The biggest problem was the lack of support. There was no one available to resolve the situation or provide any assistance to the guests. I ended up just asleep and, the next day, I requested the cancellation and sought another accommodation. I lost almost one day of my vacation with this disorder and a huge feeling of disappointment. The experience was very far away from what is shown in the photos and disclosed. Stay alert for those who are planning to stay.

Pousa Residence Trancoso Great Guest House, good professionals, spectacular service. Magnificent beaches, fair price, I'd come back again.

Rooms with awful cleanliness windows full of dust and spider tiles, moffy air conditioning, window with broken lock with easy access to someone entering the room, all dirty balcony, too simple and too time-consuming morning coffee, bad service, swimming pool all loosening
