Bristol Jangada

I stay regularly in this hotel by the company and in the last few days I stayed 3 times. In these 3 times I found cockroaches in the rooms. The cleaning and detection are precarious, not to mention the conditions of enxoval, doors, bathrooms, furniture. But the unbearable fact is the amount of cockroaches, that in the rooms, I don't even want to imagine the kitchen. Not to mention the poor attendance of the waitress, who when I arrived I found the cockroach, was in the next room, and was going to show him the cockroach to prove that the photo I sent was from that day, completely ignored me and when I came close began to dance off my face. I will not remember the number of the first room, but I remember that it was on the 5th floor the day I found the first cockroach, on the day 30/05 to 01/06, I found the cockroach when I woke up in the morning to go to the bathroom. The second time was 13/06, when I entered the room, I had a cockroach on the desk, for the second time in a row, I started looking, I already found another under the bed and when I raised another walking on the ceiling. This time, today 04/07, when I entered the room I didn't even dismantle my things, without first starting to look, and again in room 405, I also found. The receptionist changed my room for 602, and I didn't find cheap, but I had 4 spiders. The dedication service is not being done regularly and much less the cleaning that does not pass the pot to minimize. And in those searches, when you go down to look under the bed, all dirty, full of dust and garbage. The higher rooms have been maquired with newer furniture and the blurred walls to disguise, but lower ones are with old furniture and probably the animals are breeding up there. I made an online complaint for fortress health surveillance, and I'll do it by phone as well. I hope that arrangements are taken urgently in this hotel.

Excellent hotel in structure, staff of the best quality, in the best location in the city of Fortaleza. Recommended too

Excellent location, very tasty breakfast and with varieties (tapioqueira is a differential of the hotel), very good rooms. Only the wi-fi that doesn't work. We would stay hosted again for sure.
