Our experience at Carppa Hotel was marked by the caring and exceptional attention of the kitchen staff. Sandra, she leads a team of fantastic women who have made no effort to welcome my family. A special thanks also to Andrea, Zeudilene, Maria and Antonieta. It is clear the professionalism, dedication and heart that each puts in what it does. Thank you for making us feel so well cared for and at home during the whole stay!

The place has no room service, nor anything, there is no bar service in the pool, if you want to drink something you have to go to the reception to pick up, and you run the risk of your drink came in a garbage bag as my came, pessima receptionist who attended me, with arrogant face, the only thing that saves there is the Romário staff who served us very well, small rooms, bad bathroom and shower, dirty water reused, I do not recommend this hotel. Only for enemies. Beautiful place in the photos plus the horrible service. And the phone you call at the reception doesn't work. Thank God I could change a hotel, otherwise my trip would be a caus.

Affordable price, but I found the room very small, and with little lighting. Few options for breakfast, not to mention the kitchen is on the top floor and has no elevator, you need to climb the stairs. In general, the service is good, if you are lucky to catch someone kind, because the first attendant who received us left much to be desired, did not explain much and was not very willing to help, and our room was without cleaning for 1 day because we did not know that we had to leave a light signal for the maid to enter and organize. Overall I found it good, but it can improve a lot in these aspects.
