Mareiro Hotel

Aging hotel. We had a room with a view of the parking lot that seemed old with outdated furniture. The staff does not speak English and is quickly overwhelmed. The hotel must have been nice a few years ago, but it deserves a complete modernization. The restaurant is just okay. Just like the breakfast.

The hotel is very well located to do a lot of things walking, the service was great many young people working in the hotel and educated. My niece was making birthday sent a cake and a very cute birthday card, she loved. The pool is good the drinks of the bar too.l, the breakfast buffet wonderful, many varieties they make tapioca and omelet at the time had a part with bread , yogurt and other things for those who have lactose intolerance. You have a bike to take a walk on the beach at no cost. The not so good part is with respect to the room when we arrived clearly has a mould smell, the bathroom with water leak that I believe leak from the box, another thing the floor sometimes gets wet that seems to me infiltration, maybe the reason for the smell. The bed is good the bed linen was clean and the towels whenever necessary changed. I loved the stay and would definitely come back.

Great structure, beautiful pool, super breakfast and an excellent position in front of the beach in the Beira-mar of Fortaleza. The staff working at the hotel and in the reception are also super kind and available.
