The hotel is nice and right in downtown at beachfront. The service of the team was great, especially through to Mr. E. MONTEIRO. Thanks again. Breakfast and pool are enjoyable. I will come back for sure.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to so many attractions in Fortaleza, Ocean in front of the hotel, breakfast in and outside with view on the beach - one way street with traffic - not disturbing too much. Unfortunately the hotel, specifically the rooms are totally outdated - we had to switch 3 times the room to get a decent / acceptable room (means not too dirty, not too smelly and no broken furniture) still everything was old, real hot water was most the times not available, even on the 11th floor .. we had a lot of animal guests in our room. The pool is nice just almost no sunshine and the whirlpool was only warm and smelly breakfast buffet looked much better on the pictures on booking.com than they actually served - overall great location, way overpriced - if you have no expectations .. you might be happy to stay in this hotel

The 5 days we stayed there where kinda ok: the service at the reception is very very slow, the elevators also are not enought to provide an ok movement around the floors and are often too crowded and you have to wait for 5min just to take one. We also made twice the laundry with just a few items like 4 tshirt, 1 pants, 4 pairsbof socks and 2/3 underwear and the result was crazy: 700/800 reals(170/190€) because there weren't no price lists in the rooms and we supposed it was not going to be as expensive as it was because even a 5 star top quality hotel would charge less then this scammers. We call them thiefs in my country. Crazy, never again. The cost of 1 loundry bag is higher than 1 night in the hotel. Literally no words.
