Good service, large rooms, fairly clean and quiet, great location, excellent breakfast. Our group stayed in three separate rooms, no issues with any. Very nice beachfront walkways, perfect for running or sight-seeing! Although nothing special, this hotel offers excellent value for the money. Highly recommended for budget-conscious people looking for a decent place close to the beach and restaurants.

Although out-of-date, the rooms of this flat are quite spacious, and have all amenities for a confortable stay, including a small fully equiped kitchen. The property is located just across the beach, in a nice neighbourhood, just steps from the famous handicraft night fair. Many tourist attractions of Fortaleza are nearby. Also, the flat has onsite free parking, which is accessible from the rear street. A tasteful free breakfast, incluidng local dishes, and freshly-squeezed orange juice, is served every morning in the restaurant accross the lobby.

It was a comforable and safe place to stay. No swimming pool. The price was reasonable. If you want to save money be safe and comfortable it was fine.
