Bay Park Resort

Very large and virtually abandoned hotel. Antiquated facilities. Too simple breakfast, which takes time to replenish. Unprepared officials.

I will be redundant in saying everything that has already been described in previous evaluations. I WARN PEOPLE NOT TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I don't understand why the health surveillance didn't close. I am currently participating in an event in the city and the choice of the hotel was determined by the organizers, so I have no alternative to hotel exchange. I would only like respect and minimal hygiene conditions.

This hotel is not maintained at all. Everything is dirty and in total decay. No safe in the rooms in a country like Brazil creates an unsafe situation. No remote control for TV and air conditioning…. The door of my room was not closing. Push on it and it opens easily. Cherry on the cake: the price I had to pay upon arrival was roughly 20% higher than the price I was informed when I booked. Without any explanation … Never again
